Yolo County: Demolition of Old Yolo County General Hospital. This project combines two phases with the first phase being that of the building and site demolition, and then the second phase of soil import, backfill and compaction to an elevation 6" above and starting 20 feet behind the city's adjacent sidewalks and or property line. The first phase of this project being the full and completed demolition, removal and off haul of all building and site materials other than existing native earth soils from the old Yolo County General Hospital building and its parcel site area. The second phase being the importing of pre approved soil materials to infill the site to a relative compaction of 95% or better to any and all areas of this parcel that are lower than the adjacent sidewalks or lower than 6" above at 20 feet or further behind the adjacent side walks.
