West Sacramento: Demolition of the Old Town Inn. Provide all labor and materials to abate and demolish the Old Town Inn and everything on site. The work consists of the implementation of associated asbestos and lead based paint abatement during demolition, and the removal of asbestos containing materials, in accordance with the Environmental Consultant Report Recommendations, and removal from site the existing structures, foundations, concrete flatwork, asphalt concrete pavement, and any existing equipment, signs, miscellaneous trash and debris and miscellaneous site improvements. In addition, the work shall also include the replacement of any pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter or public and private improvements removed or damaged as a consequence of the execution of this Contract, as well as, all necessary traffic control.
