DEMOLITION. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above-stated project. The items of work to be done hereunder consist of performing demolition work and possible hazardous material removal (lead paint) as indicated in the bid specification. Related work shall include Sub-grade Preparation and Earthwork. In addition, protection of surrounding site, 24 hour on-site security and daily clean-up will be required. The Project must be completed within 20 Working days, from the date of the Notice to Proceed Bids due 01/09
