VISTA: E. BROADWAY DEMOLITION PROJECT (CIP No. 8293). The project site is located at 353 and 365 E. Broadway, Vista, California. The Contractor shall possess a valid California Class A General Engineering Contractor License at the time that the Contract is awarded. Payment of prevailing wages is required for this Contract. See Project Specifications for details. The project will have 15 working days and the Engineer's construction cost estimate for the base bid items on this project is $65,000.
