Union Sanitary District: INKA Demolition Project. The project consists of demolition of the existing INKA process structure, adjacent structures including the former Blower Building, Chlorine Contact Tank, and Odor Control Slab, and ancillary piping and equipment. To accomplish this work the Contractor will have to complete the work items indicated on the Drawings and Specifications, including but not limited to the following: Partial demolition and backfill of INKA process structure and Chlorine Contact Tank. Complete demolition of Blower Building including foundation. Complete demolition of Odor Control slab-on-grade foundation. Demolition of remaining Foul Air ducting, equipment, and supports. Partial demolition of related electrical equipment within the MCC Building. Demolition of buried reinforced concrete ductbank. Protection of adjacent in-service facilities including, but not limited to Fuel Oil Storage, MCC Building, Digester Gas Conditioning Equipment, Chemical Containment Area, buried 20" and 30" FE piping, and 4" W1 and 1" W3 piping, and 5 kV and 12 kV electrical ductbanks. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $1,400,000. Bids due 05/24
