Provide environmental quality assurance (EQA) services for demolition of a University Building, located on the central UC Berkeley campus, named Tolman Hall. This building is to be demolished in it’s entirety, total GSF of 275,000 Sq Ft. The Berkeley campus intends to demolish the existing Tolman Hall in its entirety. This isto be done in two phases, with the first phase being abatement of non-structuralhazardous materials and the second phase being the actual demolition of the building.
