Project consists of the abatement and demolition of 13 buildings built in the mid-1970s which occupy approximately 13 acres. Project requirements include: removing abandoned utilities and transite pipe; safeing-off and protecting utilities to remain; SWPPP compliance; and installation of a perimeter fence and landscaping with the required irrigation to enhance the appearance of the fence.
