Santa Rosa: Building Demolition-Various City Locations. The City owns numerous parcels with existing vacant/dilapidated structures within, and outside of, City limits. Many of these structures exist in locations that are slated for an alternative use and present a liability to the City if they were to remain in place. This project aims to demolish and clear the sites these structures occupy. The demolition of these structures will allow for expanded use of City property, increase the available land area for biosolids land application and add capacity to City owned parking lots.
