The City of Santa Monica is seeking qualified Contractors to perform asbestos and other
hazardous materials abatement and construction demolition work (may or may not include
hazardous materials) as required at various City facilities. Typical jobs will include abatement
of asbestos related to flooring / air duct replacements, mold abatement, and/or mitigation of
water damage. Selected contractors will receive Blanket Purchase Orders to perform work as
