Santa Ana: ON-CALL DEMOLITION SERVICES. The City of Santa Ana is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek a qualified Demolition contractor(s) to provide demolition, including asbestos abatement and hazardous materials removals, services for the City of Santa Ana on an as-needed basis. From the proposals received, it is the Citys goal to select one or more firms to enter into agreement(s). Approximately 50 residential and commercial properties along Bristol Street (Warner to St. Andrew Place and Civic Center to 17th Street) will need to be demolished by end of 2017. The total demolition services needed for this On-call contract(s) is valued at approximately $2,200,000.
