The work required under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, material and other items required for the demolition of building and remediation of soil for the properties located at 450, 454, 456A, 456B, 458A/B and 458E Willow Street and 1125, 1127 and 1143 Lelong Street, City of San Jose. Contract work includes, but is not limited to, the following: abatement of hazardous material (asbestos and lead), demolition of buildings, removal of underground storage tanks, abandonment of monitoring wells, remediation of soil, installation of fencing and other miscellaneous construction work.
