The City of Salinas, California is seeking to retain qualified professional architectural and engineering services and construction management and inspection services for the demolition of the old City of Salinas Police Department building (including the existing basement) and backfilling to grade. General services shall include but are not limited to the assessment of the site and current layout, construction plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate of probable construction costs (PS&E) to enable the City to go out to bid for construction, and to provide construction management and inspection services during construction demolition. Services shall also include survey report of hazardous materials, abatement specifications, and utility investigations and coordination.
