The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and for doing all work involved demolition at the site, including but not limited to, all permits and fees, submittals, reports, pest and rodent extermination, and the removal and disposal of hazardous materials as indicated in the Technical Specifications, demolishing and disposing of the structures, perimeter barriers, flatwork, trees, landscaping, rubbish and trash, and including the cost for mobilization of the equipment, temporary fencing, disconnecting and capping all utilities as shown on the Plans, as specified in these Bid documents and as may be directed in writing by the Authorized Representative.
