American River Watershed (Common Features), CA - Jacob Lane C - The Jacob Lane Reach C site is located on the north levee of the American River adjacent to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Training Facility near River Walk Way in Sacramento, California. This site is 1,360 feet long, and requires moving the existing 10-foot-high levee to the landside 10 feet, along with some levee raise and side-slope flattening. Removal and replacement of the aggregate base road on top of the levee is also included. Demolition and removal of three abandoned petroleum lines is included, along with soil testing and potential removal and disposal of contaminated soil. Some vegetation removal and trimming will also be required. The estimated cost range according to the FAR 36.204 is between $ 1,000,000 and $ 5,000,000 Bids due 02/09
