The Work comprises of soil remediation and pavement demolition and pavement removal. The soil remediation includes the abatement, removal and disposal ("remediation") of Chemicals of Concern (COCs) to be excavated, segregated and managed by either relocating soils onsite and/or offsite for disposal at an appropriate disposal facility located at the City of Rialto Municipal Airport and designated for removal by the City. The pavement demolition and pavement removal includes the pulverization of existing Asphalt Concrete (AC) Pavement or Overlay and the demolition of existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement, building foundations, curbs, curbs and gutters, ribbon gutters, storm drain pipes, grading to maintain drainage and other miscellaneous PCC slabs located at the City of Rialto Municipal Airport and designated for pulverization or removal by the City. The scope of work will also include: securing the sites; utility coordination; as; transportation and legal disposal of all debris; cleanup of the site; and all associated work. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of: 40 working days. Bids due 02/26
