Willow Ave.; utility relocation and coordination; construction of asphalt concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete sidewalk, access ramps, curb and gutter and driveways; construction of underground storm drainage improvements; construction of slurry seal; installation of underground electrical and parking lot lighting system; construction of irrigation system and landscaping improvements; traffic striping and signage improvements; and all appurtenant work.
