Remove the concrete slabs, foundations, and sidewalk.Cap all Water and sewer lines. 5. Sawcut and remove asphalt concrete to the limits shown on the plans. 6. Place lighting per the plans. 7. Remove fencing per plans. 8. Place aggregate base, AC, micro-surfacing and pavement striping per the plans.
