Port of Oakland: DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF PORT OF OAKLAND CRANES X402, X403 AND X404 AT BERTHS 20 AND 21, OUTER HARBOR, OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA. The work of this 130 calendar day project consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision required to demolish and remove Paceco Cranes X402, X403, and X404 at Berths 20-21, and a crane busbar at Berths 20-21, and performing all associated work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor must supply all resources necessary for removing all mercury and PCB-containing lighting ballasts and legally disposing of them; dismantling each crane within designated laydown areas as designated by the Engineer, removing, recycling and disposing of all demolished materials; removing and disposing of the Berths 20-21 crane bus; and disposing of paint debris and other hazardous wastes resulting from the demolition.
