Port of Los Angeles: 2021-2023 On-Call Remediation and Demolition. Project consists of nonexclusive on-call remediation and demolition throughout the San Pedro, Wilmington, and Terminal Island districts, as directed by Engineer. Work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of structures, pavement and other improvements, earthwork, and construction of chain link fencing and gates. Work also includes asbestos abatement, lead remediation, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) abatement, removal and disposal of chemically impacted soil at regulated and non-regulated sites, light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL)/water mix skimming, removal, and disposal, storm drain improvements, and mobilization of crushing equipment to manage Department’s rubble stockpile site
