The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: demolition of a 12 MW power plant with selective demolition of the cooling tower and remodeling of the control room; installation of new electric utility equipment including 480V substation and 800kW stationary emergency generator; abandonment of an existing 18-inch storm drain lateral using confined space entry; construction of approximately 180 linear feet of new 21-inch storm drain lateral; demolition of two (2) field office trailers with on-site transportation of contents; placement of approximately 350 square yards of asphalt concrete; and all appurtenant work.
