The Work comprises the complete demolition, removal and disposal of existing structures and any/all miscellaneous debris and stock piles, at the Tova Hotel site located at 1875 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA. Work will include asbestos abatement of approximately 250 square feet of roof patching mastics in accordance with the Asbestos Abatement Work Plan. All concrete foundations and existing AC pavements are to be protected in place and will not be removed as part of this project. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of 25 working days.
