The work of this 130 calendar day project consists generally of removing all hazardous materials from the portion of the building to be demolished prior to demolition; partially demolishing Building L-142, including walls, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, footings, and all other associated components; disposing of and salvaging all demolished materials and debris; furnishing and installing new footings, walls, structural reinforcement, parapets, exterior building lighting, windows, and doors; furnishing and applying exterior finishes; repairing and terminating roofing; furnishing and installing asphalt pavement, wheel stops, and exterior pole lighting for a new parking lot extension; striping the parking lot; furnishing and installing fences; furnishing and installing Portland Cement concrete curbs; and landscaping the area. The Engineer's estimate for this project is less than $1,100,000
