CA Dept of General Services: Boonville Forest Fire Station - Replace Facility. Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: demolition and construction of a new replacement 2-engine forest fire station including a 3,945 +/- gsf 14-bed Barracks/Messhall building, a 1,999+/- gsf 3-bay Apparatus building, a 1,985 +/- gsf 2-bay Dozer shed, a 1,699 +/- gsf Office building, a 300 +/- gsf Pump/Generator, a 120 +/- gsf Flammables Storage building, radio tower/antennae, 180,000 gallon water storage tank, demolition of existing buildings, hazardous material abatement, and necessary site work such as grading, relocation and installation of underground utilities, installation of fuel tank, septic system, site drainage, retaining walls, paving, curbs, sidewalks, hose wash rack, landscaping, security fencing, appurtenances and other related work.
