Napa County: Oakville to Oak Knoll Reach - Group B Sites 15,17,18,19,20. The project is located on the East and West banks of the Napa River in a stretch located between Yountville Cross Road and Oakville Cross Road in Napa County. The work will consist of demolition, grading, excavation and off haul of soil, construction of biotechnical stabilization structures, construction of habitat features, and deployment of erosion control measures. The plans and specifications will be available shortly. The Notice to Contractors is attached. The Engineer’s estimate for construction of the base contract is $1,842,200 and the estimate for Additive Alternate 1 is $411,300.
