Mt. San Antonio College: Technology & Health - Increment 1. This is a CM Multi-Prime project. The scope consists of abatement and demolition of the existing aquatics complex as well as earthwork, temporary shoring, and installation of new and relocated site utility infrastructure in preparation for the future new Technology & Health Replacement Building. Includes all other related site work as further described in the bid and contract documents (“Owner Documents”). Bidders shall review the Owner Documents for more complete information regarding the Project and submission of bids.
