CA Military Department: Abatement and demolish Building 16. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Abatement and Demolition of Building 16. Work to include: removal of all Lead and Asbestos Containing Materials and complete the selective demolition of all interior spaces of Building 16. All spaces shall have partition walls removed restoring building to original floor plan. Contractor shall remove all wall coverings down to the studs/CMU walls and all nails, staples and fasteners removed, at the Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos, California, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid. The prime contractor MUST possess a B General Building Contractor's license and a C-22 Asbestos Abatement Contractors License or subcontract to a C-22. The Government Estimate for this project is $850,000.00.
