Long Beach: Old Court House Demolition. The Work to be done consists primarily of hazmat abatement (including asbestos and lead) and the demolition of an approximately 330,000 square foot, 6 story (plus basement) steel and concrete structure. Related work shall include shoring of the basement, the removal of all site hardscape, underground utilities, grading, chain link fencing and an infill of an underground tunnel.
