The Work to be done consists of two discreet tasks: hazmat abatement (including asbestos and lead) and the demolition of an approximately 330,000 square foot, 6 story (plus basement) steel and concrete structure. Related work shall include shoring of the basement, the removal of all site hardscape, underground utilities, grading, chain link fencing and an infill of an underground tunnel.
