Dock 10 Replacement. The Work to be done consists of but not limited to the replacement of existing 313' public timber dock with 574' concrete dock, gangway, lighting, firewater and three sewage pump-out stations; relocation of new dock 40 feet seaward from the location of the existing dock; extract, inspect and evaluate twelve existing concrete guide piles, and reuse these piles if found adequate; install between eight and twenty new concrete piles to anchor the new dock; obtaining all the permits; complying with the requirements in the permits of the regulatory agencies; and all necessary incidental work for a complete installation as shown on the Plans and Specifications Bids due 10/02
