Orange County Great Park Western Sector Park Development Plan - Palm Court & Buildings 242/245. The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: providing all labor, materials, and equipment to install and construct the improvements shown in these Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, building abatement, rehabilitation of existing buildings, seismic upgrades, installing new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems, site demolition, clearing and grubbing, trenching, grading, installing underground utilities and drainage improvements, installing steel shade structures, installing electrical equipment and lighting, laying asphalt and concrete, striping, installing fencing, installing hardscape, planting and establishing landscaping, installing irrigation, installing site furnishings, erosion control and all other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions Bids due 10/22
