Half Moon Bay: Demolition and Site Preparation for Half Moon Bay Library. In general, the work includes providing labor, materials and equipment for the demolition of an existing 7,285 square foot library, demolition of existing landscape and hardscape, hazardous materials removal and abatement, disconnection of utility services, and rough grading of site. The work is to be complete within a period of eighty four (84) calendar days. The first day of this period shall be counted no later than the 21st day after the contract award date.
