The project consists of demolition work as Follows: The demolition and removal of concrete and asphalt material from vacated public street. Dust control and stormwater runoff control during operations will be of utmost importance. The contractor shall rip and grade the site to provide positive drainage from the site. Remove and dispose of asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, non-perimeter fencing, light standard, miscellaneous piping; 6. Scarify (rip) site 1' below grade; 7. Knock down site; 8. Cap sewer line(s); 9. Cover and install 3/4" CMB gravel, 2” thick on entire Project Site; 10. Demobilize, and 11. Identify all exclusions. 12. No herbicides shall be used.
