3000 E. BUTLER DEMOLITION. The Scope of Work includes the demolition, clearance and rough grading of 3000 E. Butler Avenue in Fresno, CA 93721 (APN# 468-030-04t). This demolition work includes the complete removal/disposal of all above and below ground site improvements within the property. This project requires fence removal/installation and material salvage/transport. Scope of work also includes the complete remediation/disposal of asbestos containing materials and lead based paint (see Appendix A), and the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan at the subject site (see Appendix B).
