Services required: (1) Demolish dwelling, concrete slab and foundation wall (2) Remove all debris from site (3) Clean and fill the foundation area (4) Remove automobile from site. Dwelling contains painted surfaces that have tested positive for presence of lead based paint. Contractor must comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding demolition, removal and disposal of this substance. A fire recently destroyed the property causing it to be in an unsafe condition for human residency. No other environmental conditions are known that may impact removal and disposal operations.
