Craighead County: Addition to Craighead County Courthouse Annex, Jonesboro. Scope of work includes demolition of existing jail and facilities buildings on site. Project scope consists of an approximately 34,000 sq. ft. three story addition to the existing Craighead County Courthouse Annex building. Work includes a community safe shelter, courtrooms, quorum court space, holding cells, and associated support space. Mechanical system includes water source heat pumps and cooling tower, as well as, ventilation air systems. Site includes new parking, mechanical enclosure, sidewalks, and additional site features. Site utilities include rework of sewer, water, gas, and electrical. Foundation system consists of drilled concrete piers.
