The District is seeking to prequalify contractors with the following licenses that intend to bid as a general contractor (prime contractor) directly to the District: Class B General Building Contractor C21 - Building Moving/Demolition Contractor C22 - Asbestos Abatement Contractor HAZ - Hazardous Substance Removal Certification Completion of Prequalification Application A Prequalification Application is available through QualityBidders.com. Interested parties are required to fully and completely respond to the materials in the Prequalification Application available at http://QualityBidders.com, and then click on the "Pre-Qualification" tab. Any prospective bidder who does not submit the required information using the Prequalification Application and/or any attempt to use an alternative form by a bidder shall be disregarded by the District. All blanks and requested information in the Prequalification Application must be appropriately filled in and all required documents and attachments must be provided. Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: This project generally consists of abatement of hazardous materials, building demolition of building structures, selective demolition and the salvaging of miscellaneous materials and equipment to be determined by the District. All foundations located within the building footprint and all utilities beyond 5-ft of the building footprint shall remain in place. This project does not include any new construction or modernization or removal of building foundations or utilities. Please see Table 1 and Table 2 below.
