Clearlake: DEMOLITION OF 16 BUILDINGS AND PROPERTY ABATEMENTS. The City of Clearlake, invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AND PROPERTY ABATEMENTS, Project No. 2022-IFB-054 (the “Project”). The City intends to award a contract for work which includes the demolition, abatement, and disposal of all demolition/hazardous materials. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals and performing all work required to complete the contract. For the purpose of obtaining Inspection & Abatement Warrants, a minimum of 7 working days notice, prior to abatement of each property, the contractor is required to notify the project manager of the start date for said abatement.
