Project consists of demolition and disposal of three buildings at Rager Ranger Station and two adjoining office additions to the original Ochoco Ranger Station office. Buildings and portions of buildings become property of the contractor who may salvage for future use any portions deemed salvageable. All demolition materials must be removed from prospective sites and disposed of either via salvage, recycling or disposal at a licensed landfill capable of handling the generated waste stream. Two of the buildings slated for removal from Rager Ranger Station are known to be painted with lead base paint. Appropriate abatement procedures will be required. Existing siding material at Ochoco Ranger Station will need to be removed and re-installed on the exterior wall that remains when the building demolition phase is complete.
