Work includes the following. Demolition of existing buildings, utilities and site features: Professional design of site improvements and utilities (utilities, grading, drainage, sidewalks, parking, landscaping, lighting, fencing, and signing. Professional design of four buildings with approximately 26,500 sq. ft. under roof Office (8,600 sq.ft.) Shop (5,200 sq.ft.) Warehouse (10,900 sq.ft.) Barn (2,000 sq.ft.) Construction of site improvements, utilities and buildings resulting from design. Furnishing a temporary Ranger Station complex including furnishings, installation, maintenance and subsequent removal of buildings and utilities: As an option Bid item. Work will be according to conceptual drawings furnished by the government and construction drawings prepared under the design portion of this contract. Work will be according to performance specifications in this solicitation and prepared under the design portion of this contract. Drawings, specifications and subsequent construction will result in a complete and finished product. Price range ? $1 to $5 million.
