YUMA COUNTY: Property 217 Demolition-Parcel 633-43-072 Yuma County Facilities Management seeks to engage qualified general contractors to assist with the proper demolition of two (2) vacant buildings in downtown Yuma, located at 217 S. 2nd Avenue, Yuma, Arizona 85364. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of buildings, foundations, a metal carport, and paving as well as grading the lot for proper water drainage. Demolition and all related work must be completed by June 30, 2024. The successful respondent shall be referred to herein as the “Contractor.”
