Winslow: Blight Removal Project. The City of Winslow, through a FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) from the STATE OF ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING, will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals with a minimum of a B-2 commercial license as registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: Demolish, remove, and dispose of structures in the City of Winslow in such a manner as to leave clear and clean properties suitable for sale as sites for new home construction or other uses. Asbestos removal must be accomplished as required by law and NESHAP standards.
