Tucson: (RFQ) JOC for Demolition Services. City of Tucson (COT) is conducting a competitive ONE (1)-STEP process to retain up to FIVE (5) Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) ) to provide demolition services on an “as-needed” basis for the City of Tucson. Individual job orders shall not exceed $ 250,000; however, it is anticipated a typical job will not exceed $100,000. The estimated budget for the first year is $ 500,000. The term of this contract will be one year with 4 one-year renewal options.
