Tucson: Building Demolition Plan. Nature, Type, and Purpose of Work: Building D-167 is located at 6900 S. Park Ave. and was constructed in 1958. The building is a two story structure with no basement constructed of masonry and cast in place concrete. The building is connected to another building that is to remain in place. The building is approximately 26,000 SF. Description of Work: The major elements of the work include the following: The masonry and concrete building structure shall be removed down to the concrete foundations. All concrete slabs, loading docks, stem walls, foundations, anchor bolts, rebar, utilities, etc. shall be removed. All electrical service drops, transformers, cabling, conduit and switchgear shall be removed from the building. All demolition materials shall be transported and disposed of in accordance with all applicable local, State and Federal regulations.
