The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide demolition services for commercial and residential properties owned by the City to be cleared for redevelopment purposes. All pricing will be on a time and materials basis that will be quoted for each project. Resulting contracts shall be for an initial term of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year renewal options. Demolition projects completed as part of the resultant contracts shall not exceed $200,000 each. Bids due 01/15
