DEMOLITION SERVICES. The estimated annual County expenditure for these services is $500,000.00. The intent of this solicitation is to award contracts to two (2) separate Job Order Contractors who will subsequently compete for individual Job Order Contracts on projects by providing quotes as each project arises. Each Job Order will be a separate contract for construction. Individual Job Order Contracts shall not exceed $200,000.00 each, including all change orders, unless such limit is modified via contract amendment. The scope of work for each project cannot be precisely defined at this time, but encompasses the full range of demolition and site clearing and cleanup services including but not limited to: removal of structures, foundations, patios, sidewalks, fences, walls, asphalt paving, removal and/or backfilling of pools, septic tanks, basements, etc., capping of utilities at property lines, removal of debris (such as shrubs, limbs, trees, trash, scrap iron, poles), removal of small underground storage tanks, and the removal of asbestos containing materials.
