Pima County: MIKE JACOB SPORTSPARK RENOVATION.The Mike Jacob Sportspark Project consists of a renovation of existing buildings to add accessible restrooms, bring ramps and railings into current code compliance and renovate snack bar areas. This project will include some demolition of existing facilities, substructure and superstructure improvements, modification to existing restroom and ticket buildings, new interior finishes, plumbing modifications and improvements, electrical modification and improvements. Site work includes demolition, site work grading, concrete work, paving work, playground installation, modification and improvements to the existing irrigation system, removal and installation of dugouts and fencing installation and modifications and other incidental work as required to construct the plans and specifications
