The demolition services will be provided to the City of Phoenix Aviation Department's Community Noise Reduction Program (CNRP). CNRP has a Voluntary Acquisition Relocation Service (VARS) that is a voluntary "buy-out" program. The VARS program boundaries are 7th Street to 44th Street, Washington Street to University Drive.This scope of work is related to the demolition and stabilization of City owned properties in the VARS program area. Through the VARS program, eligible single family, residential property owners may choose to sell their property to the City. To date, over 600 properties have been acquired, with an estimated 700 eligible properties remaining within the program area.
