Description: Phoenix: (SOQ) CITYWIDE DEMOLITION JOB ORDER CONTRACT PROJECT. The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Job Order Contractor to do business with the City of Phoenix on an "on-call" basis. This Job Order Contract is for demolition services as described below. SCOPE OF WORK Project services will consist of providing city-wide demolition services, including: Demolition of city-owned structures and improvements, including associated backfill and grading. Demolition of privately-owned buildings through city enforcement actions. Abandonment or removal of septic systems, drywells, water wells, monitoring wells, and other sub-grade features.
