Maricopa County Special Healthcare District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) Integrated Program Management Office (IPMO) is soliciting a Demolition and Material Salvage Contractor for turnkey demolition & haul off services for existing vertical structures including slab, foundation, above grade structures & regrading of the building footprint surface for the following locations: 4550 N 51st Ave, Phoenix AZ: A 46,913ft2 of single-story CMU block with built up roofing & car park shade structures. The structure was built in 1966. A level II environmental assessment for the site has been performed; however, no building assessment has been conducted at this time. 950 E Main Street, Mesa AZ: The Site consists of 2.86 acres of total area. The structures to be demolished are single story Wood and CMU structures of 8,981ft2 & 4,684ft2 respectively. This location contains a large quantity of salvageable material in the form of: beams, reclaimed woods, phoenix brick & timber posts. As these buildings contain a significant amount of salvage/reclaim materials of some market value. A breakout discount concession value for captured materials is requested from each bidder. Bidders may take inventory of materials during the site visits as required
