Demolition of Eight Buildings at the Pine Springs Parcel located in Flagstaff, Arizona.
There will be a Pre-Bid meeting on May 09, 2013 at 2600 West Route 66, Flagstaff, Arizona at 11:00am.3.1 The contractor shall provide labor, trucking, and equipment to demolish eight (8) buildings/structures for a total square footage of
approximately 10,000 sf. They are as follows:
3.1.1 Hotel building: Slab-on-grade slump block construction
3.1.2 Restaurant building: Slab-on-grade slump block construction with a small wood frame second floor.
3.1.3 Gas Station (Fox building): Slab-on-grade slump block construction. (all pumps, tanks, piping and related infrastructure
has been removed)
3.1.4 Bathroom building: Slab-on-grade slump block construction.
3.1.5 Repair shop: Slab-on-grade wood frame construction. Also outdoor slab with lube pit between repair shop and bathroom.
3.1.6 Trailer: single-wide approximately 60 feet in length.
3.1.7 Freight storage building 1: Slab-on-grade slump block construction office with framed concrete loading dock and storage
area.
3.1.8 Freight storage building 2: Slab-on-grade frame construction, metal sheathed with concrete loading dock.
